Who we are
Next Level Camp (NLC) is a directory of football development camps in Spain and Sweden, operated by Mediseo AS, a company registered in Norway.
What NLC does
NLC offers two kinds of listings:
- Official NLC camps — organised and operated by NLC. You book and pay through this site; we are the contracting party.
- External listings — third-party camps we list for discovery. You book and pay directly with the operator, not with NLC. We are not a party to that transaction, we do not receive commission, and we do not guarantee accuracy of price, dates, or availability.
Using the site
You agree to use the site honestly, not to attempt to break it, and not to scrape our directory for commercial resale. Submit-a-camp forms are for genuine operators only — we reject spam submissions.
Booking (official NLC camps)
- Bookings are confirmed when payment clears.
- Full refund up to 30 days before the camp start date. No refund after that date, regardless of reason.
- If NLC cancels the camp, full refund with no question asked.
- Parents are responsible for player insurance. We carry public liability; you carry personal.
External listings
Prices, dates, ages, and availability shown on external camp pages may be out of date. Always verify on the camp's own website before paying. NLC is not responsible for disputes between you and an external camp operator.
Content and copyright
Camp names, logos and images belong to their respective operators. Our own copy, code, and design are © Mediseo AS. External camps may request removal or correction at any time via info@nextlevelcamp.es.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mediseo AS is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or from bookings with official or external camps. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us for official bookings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by EU consumer law. For consumer disputes, you can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or contact your national consumer protection authority. Nothing in these terms overrides your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
